By accessing or using Ticketing Interface Xperience (TIX), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event information. TIX reserves the right to remove any event that violates our policies.
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are at the discretion of the event organizer.
Platform fees are charged per ticket sold as displayed on our Pricing page. Fees are deducted from ticket sales before payout.
All payments are processed through Yoco, a secure payment gateway. We do not store any credit card information.
Payouts to event organizers are processed weekly, 7 days after the event ends, subject to our verification process.
Event organizers may cancel events at any time. In case of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and refunds will be issued.
Events promoting illegal activities, hate speech, or violence are strictly prohibited.
TIX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
